Kirdorf Local History Museum

The Kirdorf Local History Museum has been part of Bad Homburg's cultural landscape since 2006. The district museum documents the unique history of the former Catholic community of Kirdorf. Aside from highlighting local history, the permanent exhibition also looks at church life and club life. The museum also regularly puts on special exhibitions, for example, to commemorate anniversaries or to draw attention to current or special issues concerning the city district of Kirdorf. The museum building itself looks back on almost 350 years of history.
