About our advice center
Living together as a family is a challenge for everyone. Different needs, new interests and changing life situations ensure that the everyday life of a family is always different - has to be different so that it is meaningful and worth living for everyone.
The advice center therefore helps with questions about parenting and development, relationships, dealing with sexuality and difficulties with kindergarten, school, education, work, parents, siblings, friends.
Possible topics that affect the well-being of children and young people are, for example
- Conflicts during separation or divorce
- Parenting issues such as tantrums, separation anxiety, eating behavior, sleeping problems, sibling rivalries, school readiness, etc.
- Difficulties within the family or in the family environment
- Questions about partnership, communication and mutual understanding
- Illness of a family member
- Death
- Violence (inside or outside the family)
The team at the counseling center is trained in various counseling and therapeutic methods, but will also support you in your search for a further point of contact.

What can you expect?
The counseling center team consists of specialists in the fields of psychology, educational science and social work. The specialists are specially trained for counseling and have many years of professional experience.
First of all, our secretariat will accept your application. After making an appointment, you will have an initial clarifying discussion with a counselor.
Data protection
The Data Protection Act stipulates that we may only store data and our personal records for as long as is necessary to fulfill our task. This means that the personal details you provide when registering will be deleted at the end of the following calendar year after the end of the consultation. In the legally required documentation of our work (statistics), your data is used anonymously so that it cannot be traced back to you personally.
