There are platforms, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers so that you can quickly send messages about such defects to the right address. You can find the contact persons here.

Street lighting

What to do if a street lamp has failed? Syna's online fault portal offers the opportunity to report faults quickly and easily. With just a few clicks, citizens can now also report faults from their smartphone. They can see whether the fault is already known. The location of the device is requested when the portal is launched. Anyone reporting can add a picture.

Cycling traffic reporting platform

The cycle traffic reporting platform is intended for information specifically about cycle paths. The service is free of charge and provided by ivm GmbH in cooperation with the municipalities in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region and throughout Hesse. The platform shortens the route to the responsible authority.

Traffic signs and traffic facilities

You can report damaged traffic signs, traffic lights etc. directly to the road construction authority. Reports of malfunctions in street lighting are also forwarded from here to the responsible company.
