With just a few clicks, citizens can now also report faults from their smartphone. They can see whether the fault is already known. The location of the device is requested when the portal is launched. Anyone reporting can add a picture.
Cycling traffic reporting platform
The cycle traffic reporting platform is intended for information specifically about cycle paths. The service is free of charge and provided by ivm GmbH in cooperation with the municipalities in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region and throughout Hesse. The platform shortens the route to the responsible authority.
