Standard land values

Information on standard land values is required for a variety of purposes:

The expert committees for land values offer you various ways of obtaining the information you require.

• You can view the standard land values at the local offices of the expert committees or via internet portals or the German Standard Land Value Information System (BORIS-D). This gives you an overview of the standard land values quickly, easily and free of charge.
• You can request written information or official extracts from the standard land value map from the relevant expert committee for land values.

Fees

• Verbal information on standard land values and inspection of the standard land value map at the offices of the expert committees for land values are free of charge.
• Inspection of the standard land value map in the German Standard Land Value Information System (BORIS-D) is free of charge.
• For written information on standard land values, a fee of EUR 20 is charged for each standard land value.
• For standardized information from the standard land value map (building land), a fee of EUR 20 is charged for each standard land value.
• Fees are charged for extracts from the standard land value map for the area of an expert committee.

According to the provisions of the Building Code, the Expert Committee is an autonomous and independent institution of the state. Its members are honorary experts from various professional groups. The tasks of the office of the expert committee are assigned to the magistrate of the town of Bad Homburg v.d.Höhe for its area.
