Certificate of seclusion

• Issuance of a certificate stating that a condominium or partial ownership within the meaning of the German Condominium Act (WEG) is structurally sufficiently separated from other apartments and rooms.
• Necessary prerequisite for establishing condominium and partial ownership

Documents

• Site plan (real estate map/excerpt from the real estate cadastre)
• Extract from the land register (as up-to-date as possible)
• Subdivision plan (it must show that the property is self-contained)
• Sections and views (also serves to show that the property is self-contained)
• open space plan, if applicable
• Necessary credentials (power of attorney, etc.)
• Completed application form (see download link)

The application documents must be submitted in at least duplicate.

Fees

Fees are charged in accordance with the statutes of the town of Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe on the charging of building supervision fees (building supervision fee statutes).
