Building encumbrances

Building encumbrances are obligations of property owners. They do this voluntarily. The obligations are to the building supervisory authorities. The obligations relate to the property. The owners must do something, allow something or not do something.

Building encumbrances apply if they are listed in the register of building encumbrances. The building supervisory authority maintains the register. Building encumbrances remain in place when land is sold. The new owners take over the building encumbrances.
