Environmental and climate protection

The administration of the city of Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe protects the climate. It is a good example. The city council has adopted a climate protection concept. The municipal corporation wants to be a role model. It wants to be climate-neutral by 2030. The entire city is to be climate-neutral by 2035.

The new concept is based on an old resolution. The resolution is over 20 years old. The city parliament passed it in 2001: We are reducing carbon dioxide emissions in the city.
