How do I dispose of my construction waste correctly?
Since 2017, the depot no longer accepts construction site waste or mixed construction waste at its recycling center. This includes Ytong and pumice stones, plasterboard, insulation materials, adhesives, silicone, plastic waste, cement, lime, mortar, construction materials with water-polluting substances, foils, cable ducts, plastics from the construction sector (e.g. pipes), etc..
This does not include pure mineral building rubble such as bricks, tiles, concrete, hollow blocks, washbasins, toilet bowls and paving stones.
The depot was forced to take this measure due to the dramatic increase in the volume and cost of mixed construction waste. It should be noted that this regulation has always been provided for in the municipal waste statutes.
Mixed construction waste and construction site waste can be disposed of at the local waste disposal companies for a fee.
