Here you will find information about the trains (S 5, U 2, RB 15) such as timetables and fares. Bad Homburg is part of the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV).

Construction work on the RB15 line

Due to work on the electronic signal box in Friedrichsdorf and the associated discontinuation of the Friedrichsdorf and Bad Homburg section of the RB 15, there will be restrictions from 17.5. to 5.6. from 19:30. Passengers are asked to switch to the S5

Timetables

S-Bahn line 5: Friedrichsdorf - Bad Homburg station - Frankfurt Südbahnhof. Intermediate stations include Oberursel, Frankfurt Messe, Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and Hauptwache.

U2: Gonzenheim - Ober-Eschbach - Nieder-Eschbach - Kalbach - Frankfurt Hauptwache - Südbahnhof.

RB 15 (Taunusbahn): Brandoberndorf - Grävenwiesbach - Usingen - Neu-Anspach - Wehrheim - Friedrichsdorf - Bad Homburg.
Some trains also continue to Frankfurt Central Station after Bad Homburg.

Deviations from the timetable (e.g. due to roadworks, etc.) can be viewed in the RMV online timetable information.
