Adults aged 18 and over pay an annual fee. The fee is low. Asylum seekers and holders of the Bad Homburg Pass and the Hessen Volunteer Card do not pay. New library users can use the library free of charge for the first month.

You do not have to live in Bad Homburg to get a library card. After a long period without use, we will delete the account.

Schools, daycare centers and other institutions can have their own free user accounts. Employees can then borrow media. The media must be used for work purposes. The media may not be used privately. Institutions do not pay any fees.
