Business parks

Bad Homburg offers a total of around 100 hectares of high-quality space and real estate in its 8 very well-connected business parks - for a wide variety of entrepreneurial projects.

Mitte office and business park

The oldest and, at approx. 57 ha, the largest area for businesses. Established as early as 1903 - first settlement in 1923 with Horex, then P.I.V. and others, after 1945 increasingly administrations, publishing and construction machinery manufacturers. Since the 1980s, there has been a strong structural change towards services, offices and administration - only a few manufacturing companies remain. Very good connection to the highway (only 1 traffic light!). Train station and city center within walking distance.

SÜDCAMPUS Bad Homburg

The SÜDCAMPUS Bad Homburg office and business park has existed since 1981 and, at 21 hectares, is the second largest business park in the city. Under the motto Südcampus Living.Working.Learning, a location initiative consisting of owners and tenants was formed in 2011 to actively market and revitalize the area together with the city.
