At a virtual meeting in April 2022 , Prof. Dr. Jutta Rump, Director of the Institute for Employment and Employability (IBE), Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, spoke on "Organizations under pressure: too little time, money, personnel" - results of the HR Report 2022, an empirical study by IBE and Hays.

In July 2023, the HR Dialogue took place at Ringspann GmbH. The speaker Prof. Dr. Florian Pfeffel, President of accadis University Bad Homburg, spoke on the topic of "New Work - Job Satisfaction in the New World of Work" , a study by accadis University on home office preferences and different employee target groups, sponsored by the Adecco Foundation
