On this evening, Karen Altmeier showed you approaches on how you can be a supportive companion for your child/children through the pressure of everyday school and learning life. At the beginning, the idea that a child is "perfect" and has to "function" was abandoned. It is much more necessary to strengthen the child's self-esteem, to see and perceive the child's strengths and to try out and define motivating learning methods and steps together.

On this evening, Christoph Deeg gave you a brief introduction to gaming culture and explained why it is important to engage with the topic. Among other things, Christoph Deeg explained the relevance of the topic in our society, usage behavior, the various gaming formats and the use of games for education and culture. Specific suggestions and opportunities were also presented for discovering the topic of gaming together with your child/children and training them in how to deal with it. The event was free of charge and was primarily aimed at interested parents or guardians and teachers.
