Girls' Day

The campaign day has already enabled more than 650,000 girls to discover professions in which women are still underrepresented. On Girls' Day, schoolgirls from Year 5 onwards experience the world of work in future-oriented professions in technology, trades, engineering and natural sciences or get to know female role models in management positions in business and politics. Girls' Day has become an important personnel marketing tool for companies in Germany.
