Cemeteries

Burial districts are defined for the individual municipal cemeteries. They are reserved for the burial of persons who lived within the burial district at the time of their death and if the occupancy permits this or if there is a right to use a grave there. The forest cemetery is used for the burial of deceased persons from the entire municipal area.

The forest cemetery

The Waldfriedhof is the largest municipal cemetery in Bad Homburg. It is the only site where deceased people from all over the city can be buried.
