Berliner Siedlung/Gartenfeld local advisory council

The Berliner Siedlung/Gartenfeld local district has been in existence since 2015, as decided by the city councillors. The members were elected on March 14, 2021. The tasks of the local advisory council are set out in the Hessian municipal code.

Election as part of the local elections

Citizens elect the members of the local advisory council. This takes place at the same time as the election of the city councillors. The members work on a voluntary basis. The local advisory council discusses important matters in the local district. For example, about the budget. The local advisory council can make suggestions. These proposals concern Berliner Siedlung/Gartenfeld.

The Berliner Siedlung/Gartenfeld district is part of Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe. It lies to the west of Urseler Straße and Hindenburgring. It lies to the south of the northern development boundary of Saalburgstraße. It lies to the east of Hohemarkstraße.

The head of the district is Karin Spies. She is the chairwoman of the local council. Beate Denfeld and Horst Blaeser represent her.
