The "Project M365" introduces Microsoft 365 to administrations. Microsoft 365 has many programs. The programs are in the cloud. The programs help with work. These include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Teams and SharePoint are particularly important.

Microsoft 365 is a solution. It has Office applications, cloud services and security functions.

The Microsoft 365 Online web applications have Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel and OneDrive. Sometimes there is also Microsoft Project and Visio.

The city of Bad Homburg has launched the "M365" project. The aim is to provide a platform for collaboration. It can be used to communicate in projects and store documents. Teams is used for this.

The M365 project has advantages for the administration and employees:

  • Work becomes more efficient. Productivity increases. Documents are processed in the cloud.
  • Communication is better. There is an address book for everyone in the company. You can see free times in the calendar for appointments.
  • You work together in Microsoft Teams. Data is stored together.
  • Data security is better. Compliance with rules within the Group is improved.
  • You can use work documents from different devices.
  • Microsoft makes administration and maintenance easy.
  • The solution adapts to the size of the organization.

He praises Lena for the quick organization.
