Digital inclusion and digital exclusion: participating in a digital society. There are two perspectives on digital inclusion. One is inclusion with digital media. The other is inclusion in the digital society. The city of Bad Homburg helps citizens. It focuses on certain age groups. It gives them access to digital media.
We have a project. It's called the Digital Inclusion Project. We are making district and family centers better. We offer online courses. Everyone can use the courses. We focus on young and old people. But all age groups are welcome.
Young people get to know the digital world. They learn through play. Older people benefit from digitalization. They can participate in digital life. They can find information on the Internet. They can share their opinions. They can shop online. Even if they are not mobile, they can participate. Messenger and video calls help. They stay in touch with friends and family. This helps against loneliness. Discover new ways. Digital inclusion makes it possible!
