Planning for the entire area between Hessenring, Marienbader Platz, Frölingstraße and Im Hasensprung

The area in the city center will soon be vacant. It is located between Hessenring, Frölingstraße and the streets Im Hasensprung and Marienbader Platz. The area is very large. It is the size of many soccer pitches. The old buildings there are no good. They can no longer be put to good use. That's why you can build new buildings there. There is an opportunity and a need to reorganize the area.

The town council of the town of Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe adopted a plan on December 13, 2018. The plan is called development plan no. 137 "Hessenring, Marienbader Platz, Frölingstraße and Im Hasensprung". The city can now adapt the use and development. The city now has sustainable and long-term goals.

The aim of the planning is to overhaul the entire area. There are to be many commercial areas. There is also to be a residential area along the street "Im Hasensprung".

The location is particularly good. It lies between Louisenstrasse and the station area. There are very good public transport connections. Businesses are to be created that do not disturb. These should fit in with the Marienbader Höfe. Residential buildings are to be built along the street "Im Hasensprung". These should fit in with the existing residential buildings. There will be a mixed-use area between the areas.

The area has particular potential. It is an important part of the Bad Homburg 2030 planning process. The area in the city is important. It enables economical development. An innovative district is to be created. There should be plenty of commercial space. There should also be residential areas. The location is special. The district will be important. It connects the train station with the city center.
